Established in 1873, Tioga-Franklin Savings Bank was solely a traditional savings bank and loan association until recently. Now offering a full range of financial products including online banking and interest-earning checking, Tioga-Franklin needed to stay relevant in an industry increasingly dominated by big players. In order to do so, they engaged Platinum Brands to help reposition the bank as a full-service institution, revitalize their image, and amplify their brand presence. 
After completing an overhaul of existing brand visuals, messaging framework, and communication channels, Platinum Brands developed a new logo and tagline to encompass the brand's unique story. Working off the brand's initials (TFSB), we developed the tagline "The Full-Service Bank" to convey Tioga-Franklin's new role as a full-service financial institution. For the new logo, our design team worked off the original blueprints of the Philadelphia City Hall Clock to represent the brand's place as a historic Philadelphia institution. 
Furthermore, Platinum Brands developed and launched a brand awareness campaign which included advertising in both traditional and digital media, social media efforts, and community integration through event production, event sponsorship, volunteer activity, and charitable efforts. Additionally, Platinum Brands launched an aggressive PR campaign, securing coverage in regional, local, and hyperlocal outlets. 
Our efforts led to a substantial increase in brand awareness within the Philadelphia area, an increase in loans and deposits, and the formation of key business and consumer relations that will continue to serve as invaluable assets moving forward. After 6 months of working with Platinum Brands, Tioga-Franklin Savings Bank went from having no presence across digital media to becoming the leader in its immediate competitor class in terms of followership, reach, and engagement. Furthermore, after earning no press coverage for years, Tioga-Franklin was featured in outlets such as City and State, the Philadelphia Public Record, Spirit News, PCBA Magazine, the Northeast Times, and the Philadelphia Business Journal. Platinum Brands continues to work with Tioga-Franklin as agency of record.
